MS Wordの用紙を見ると欄が残当なことに英語で、

Please submit an introduction document by email, which is printed and distributed to the participants. The format can be downloaded from here (as a MS Word doc file). Each line consists of 75 characters and you can use 35 lines at the maximum. If you use the MS Word format, do not change any format settings including the font. You can also submit your introduction in a text (file or email), which satisfies the above condition. Please explain how to pronounce your team name when you use a special name with non-alphabet characters or words not in standard dictionaries.

Team Introduction Slides (Deadline: Dec 3)

Please submit introduction slides by email, which is used by yourself in the Welcome Party on Dec 11 (Sat). We don't limit "the number of slides", however, please keep it very simple and short (while attractive). You only have 1 minute for the introduction of your team.
